This is a � scale set of the architectural sheets - useful
for preliminary pricing without the investment in a total
set package. (will go toward final purchase)

- Building Sets(6 sets of prints included) (available only in North Carolina)
Full scale sets of permit-ready plans with engineer-sealed
structural sheets done under North Carolina State Building Code,
designed for 80 mph wind zone). (Additional engineering costs
could be required for homes built in NC mountain regions or NC
coastal regions for any applicable snow and/or wind loads.

- Reproducible Vellum Set (1 set included)
(for orders outside of North Carolina)
This is your best value if you intend to modify the plan yourself,
build the plan more than once, or have a local engineer or architect
review and/or modify the structure of your plan for your area's
requirements. Structural drawings are included, but are done as per
N.C. State Building Code requirements. Engineer's seal is not
included.

- Printing: 6 sets of prints are included in plan packages (except vellum set).
Additional sets are available upon request at $20 per set

- Engineering needed on any plan will be priced on a
per job basis and billed through Homes Unique
Residential Design, Inc.
- Any changes made after finals have begun will be
billed at $40 per hour.
- Stock Plan Study copies are available upon request
and include floor plan(s) and elevations
- Additional services can be provided. Call for more
information.
