to choose from. No matter what size
or what style, Homes Unique has plans
to suit your needs. We can also
modify our plans for that custom touch.

As you browse the Stock Plans, look for the
"Add To Wishlist" icon. When you see a
plan that you like, click it. When you're finished
browsing, click on the "Wishlist" icon at the top.
Tell us who you are, and hit "SEND". We will personally
prepare a package for you, with 8 1/2 x 11
brochures along with more information.

Please browse our plans by choosing the "Story" of
preference or simply clicking the "Plan Search" button
to the left.

     ABOUT OUR PLAN PACKAGES

Our plan packages include a cover sheet with an overview of the plan and
pertinent information for the permit review process, exterior elevations,
architectural floor plan for each floor, a basic electrical layout, standard wall
section and details. Structural information designated by 'S' sheets include a
crawl space foundation/framing plan, framing plans for each floor, and a roof
framing plan. Engineer's seal is not included with reproducible sets.
