Design Process

Pricing Sheet for Homes Unique Custom Plans
     Preliminary Design:

  • 0 - 2000 sq.ft. $500

  • 2001 - 4000 sq.ft. $750

  • 4001 - 6000 sq.ft. $1,000

  • 6000 sq.ft. and up Priced per design

    (prices above include preliminary layout of floor plans, front elevation, and one round of changes as directed by client)


     Preliminary Changes:

  • 0 – 2000 sq.ft. $150 per round

  • 2001 – 4000 sq.ft. $200 per round

  • 4001 – 6000 sq.ft. $250 per round

  • 6001 sq.ft. and up $60 per hour

    (prices above are for the second round of preliminary changes as directed by client and /or beyond)


     Custom Plans Drafting:

  • $0.75 x Heated Sq.Ft.

    (Construction drawings)


     Printing:

  • Originals available upon request

  • Sets are $15 each (number of sets per your request)

      - Engineering needed on any plan will be priced on a per job basis and billed directly to the client.

- Any changes made after finals have begun will be billed at $40 per hour.

- Initial consultation of one hour will be free of charge.

- Additional services can be provided. Call for more information.

    

  • Each set of plans will include:

      Architectural

      • Cover sheet
      • Site Plan (if so desired)
      • Front elevation
      • Sides and rear elevations
      • First floor plan
      • Second and third floor plans (if needed)
      • First floor electrical plan
      • Second and third floor electrical plans (if needed)
      • Cabinet and interior elevations
      • Architectural detail sheet(s)

      Structural

      • Foundation plan
      • First floor clg. Structural plan
      • Second and third floor clg.
      • Structural plan (if needed)
      • Roof framing plan
      • Structural detail sheet(s)
